How human is artificial intelligence?
On November 23rd the Austrian IT and Consultant Day celebrated its 15th anniversary at the Hofburg Vienna. As in previous years, the largest industry event of the professional association for business consulting, accounting and IT (UBIT) of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber was fully booked. About 2.000 people attended the event.

Q1 - How do you Define Productivity?

a) The ratio of output to inputs used in a production process, i.e. output per unit of input.
b) Multi-factor productivity is typically estimated using the rate of change in the use of services/resources such as labour, technology, capital vs. intermediate outputs.
c) Productivity improvement is not only about revenue generation and profits, but also the framework of the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) – social, environmental and financial.
d) A wider dashboard of 12 indicators in three areas: growth and development; inclusion; and intergenerational equity; and sustainability.
