There could be variables like business cases, pecking orders at the
Pre-Partner levels or promotion/admission policies of various firms, but those barriers are temporary for the most part.

You come in early, work late, and put in high intensity days to achieve corporate goals. Yet, as you observe the work ethic of your employees, you wonder if they share the same commitment to success.
The Importance of Culture Change in Organizational Transformation.
One of the main barriers to successful organizational transformation is the culture of the workplace; the need for cultural change is often neglected in transformation initiatives, and this is one of the factors known to contribute to the high rates of transformation project failures.
The idea of learning family sparked in the author’s mind when studying an article by Marianne Knuth printed in Reflections, the SoL Journal, about a learning village (Knuth, 2006, PP. 55-68). In 2014 a large family, living in Tehran, invited the author to deliver a speech on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of their regular monthly meetings. This happening revived the idea and made the author decide to carry out a research on the topic.

Hungary Strikes Gold Again! Silver for Finland and also Great Britain.
The annual international awards for excellence in management consulting were presented in Toronto, Canada.
This generated some new enthusiasm for the Award within the Canadian CMC community and an interest in joining the initiative in coming years.
