This group looks at the quality and sustainability of members in ICMCI. This may include expectations for how to assist IMC’s in growing the number of CMC’s, supporting members in their development of programming and other CMC-member initiatives, and enhancing the volunteer/staff leadership of each IMC for the sustainability of the profession in their geography.
