Considered a change-maker and an intercultural practitioner, Lydia’s focus is on leading change, transformational leadership, culture, organisational development,
human capital strategy and management, intercultural competency, and agility for a wide spectrum of industries in the private and public sectors.
A Fellow of Certified Management Consultant (FCMC) and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Ms. Goh is also the Asia Pacific Hub Chair of ICMCI,
and the First Vice President of the Singapore Productivity Association / Singapore Productivity Centre.
In her previous professional roles Lydia served as a partner of PwC Singapore for the human capital consulting practice,
and was the Immediate Past President of IMC Singapore. She was also formerly President of both
the Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches (APAC), and the Singapore Business and Professional Women's Association.
