Dear Delegates, Chairs, Directors, and Executives,

This email contains all the information you need to enable you to participate in the virtual Annual Meeting of Delegates on 13 October 2022. 

To enable participants from all time zones to attend, The Annual Meeting of Delegates lasts 24 hours from 07:00 am 13th October to 07:00 am 14th October (the voting period). 

Two 90-minute discussion sessions have been arranged during the day, when the Board will present the reports and take questions.

To attend the meeting, please register for your preferred session using the links below.  If you don’t register, you will not be able to join the meeting.  You can attend either session, or both if you wish.

Voting on resolutions

Since the meeting is virtual and being conducted in two sessions to address the different time zones in our community, voting on the resolutions will open at the beginning of the first session (i.e., 07:00 am UTC, 13 October 2022) and close after 24 hours. 

At the start of the first session, all voting Delegates will receive a personal link to the voting portal via email.

The list of resolutions is included on the documents page, having said that, if you have any questions about the resolutions, these can be raised during the discussion sessions or sent in advance by email to the Secretary:  Please also cc the secretariat at; and we will compile all questions so they can be answered during the Q&A sessions.

Voting for election of Board members

The voting Delegates will receive a separate communication about the on-line voting for Board Directors of ICMCI.

Voting for Board Directors will be open from 29 September until 6 October, and the results will be announced at the Annual Meeting.

If the voting Delegate have not received the instructions for the on-line voting for Board Directors by COB 28 September 2022, please contact the ICMCI secretariat to support you so that you can place your vote.
