This email contains all the information you need to enable you to participate in the virtual Annual Meeting of Delegates on 14 October 2021. 

To enable participants from all time zones to attend, The Annual Meeting of Delegates lasts 24 hours from 0600 14th October to 0600 15th October (the voting period). Two 90-minute discussion sessions have been arranged during the day, when the Board will present the reports and take questions.

To attend the meeting, please register for your preferred session using the links below.  If you don’t register, you will not be able to join the meeting.  You can attend either session, or both if you wish.

Voting on resolutions
Since the meeting is virtual and being conducted in two sessions to address the different time zones in our community, voting on the resolutions will open at the beginning of the first session (i.e. 0600 UTC, 14 October 2021) and close after 24 hours. At the start of the first session, all Delegates will receive a personal link to the voting portal via email. 

The list of resolutions is included in the documents.  If you have any questions about the resolutions, these can be raised during the discussion sessions or sent in advance by email to the Secretary: Jeremy.webster@cmc-global.org .  Please also cc the secretariat at reema.nasser@cmc-global.org; cmc-global@cmc-global.org and we will compile all questions so they can be answered during the discussion sessions.

You will already have received a separate communication about a resolution to update some of the by-laws – this is because we are required to give a longer notice period for proposals to update the by-laws.

Voting for election of Board members
You will receive a separate communication about on-line voting for Board members and for the Chair of ICMCI.

Voting for Board Members will be open from 1-8 October, and the results will be announced at the Annual Meeting.

If you have not received instructions for on-line voting for Board Members by 1st October 2021, please contact us immediately so that you can place your votes.
