Celal Seçkin, CMC® is founder partner of Seçkin Consultancy and Training Co. Ltd, a Turkey-based company providing management consultancy
in organisational excellence, assessments, leadership, change management and continuous improvement culture.
Seçkin Consultancy is an EFQM Certified Training (CTO) and Advisor (CAO) Organisation.
Celal managed the EFQM Excellence Awards Programme for four years and worked as part of the product development team for the new versions
of the EFQM Model, the EFQM Recognition Scheme “EFQM Levels of Excellence” and EFQM courses.
As a qualified EFQM Excellence Assessment Team Leader, Celal has participated and led organisational excellence assessments in public and
private sectors in many countries. As a member of the EFQM Faculty since 2000, he has trained assessors and trainers of EFQM National Partner Organisations.
Celal Seçkin has been awarded as Ambassador of Excellence by Turkish Society for Quality in November 2016
and appointed by EFQM as Ambassador for Turkey in February 2017.
Mr. Seçkin is currently representing Turkey at the International Council of Management Consultants Institutions (ICMCI) and is
currently the chair of Professional Development and Standards Committee (PDSC). He is also the authorised trainer for ISO 20700:2017 Guidelines for Management Consultancy Services.
