ICMCI Future Leaders Launch Global Report on Engaging Young Consultants
The International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI) has launched “Engaging Young Consultants: A Strategic Framework for Professional Renewal”, a new global report developed by the ICMCI Future Leaders Community.
Drawing on survey responses and insights from 19 countries, the report establishes a strategic baseline for how professional bodies can engage with young consultants and sets out a framework to support the long-term renewal of the profession.

The report introduces an ecosystem perspective, emphasising that sustainable engagement depends on how relationships, roles and learning flows between generations are organised locally and globally. It identifies five structural models of engagement and distils findings into Ten Principles for Sustainable Engagement that ICMCI Member Institutes can adapt to their context.

The Strategic Framework was developed by the ICMCI Future Leaders Community within the ICMCI governance framework, reflecting contributions from Member Institutes across the global network.
