ICMCI Euro Hub Annual Meeting 2026 strengthens cooperation among European Management Consulting Institutes
Management Consultants for Europe’s Competitiveness: Skills, Innovation and Cross-Border Cooperation
Zurich / Online, 25 June 2026 – The ICMCI Euro Hub Annual Meeting 2026 brought together Presidents, Delegates and representatives of National Institutes of Management Consulting for a focused discussion on the role of certified management consultants in supporting Europe’s competitiveness, innovation capacity, digital transformation and skills agenda.
The virtual meeting, chaired by Cesara Pasini CMC®, Euro Hub Chair, gathered 26 participants, including representatives from several European National Institutes. The meeting confirmed the growing relevance of the Euro Hub as a platform for dialogue, cooperation and joint action among European Institutes of Management Consulting.
The programme opened with an update on the latest developments within ICMCI by Nick Warn CMC®, ICMCI Chair, followed by a keynote speech by Honourable Brando Benifei, Member of the European Parliament, on professional competences for Europe’s competitiveness, innovation, skills development and the transformation of SMEs.
Honourable Benifei underlined the importance of professional competences in supporting Europe’s transformation and opened a valuable perspective for dialogue with the Euro Hub on artificial intelligence and the work of parliamentary groups in this area.
A central part of the meeting was dedicated to the voices of National Institutes, with contributions from IMC Cyprus, IMC Finland, IMC Kosovo, IMC Italy, IMC Romania and IMC Serbia, represented respectively by Dino Ioannides, Ainokaisa Saarinen, Teuta Sahatqija, Alessandro Grecu, Andrea Spensieri, Borislav Čubrilo, Daniel Tavčioski and Gordana Bekčič. Their interventions highlighted national priorities, good practices and possible areas for future cooperation.
The meeting also included a presentation by Judith Cosgrove, European Commission, Joint Research Centre, Directorate Digital Transformation, AI and Data, on DigComp 3.0 and its relevance for management consultants, organisations and citizens. Her contribution generated strong interest and opened the possibility of further dialogue on digital competences within the Euro Hub community.
Gergana Mantarkova CMC®, ICMCI Chief Risk Officer, also presented the ICMCI Enterprise Risk Management System, providing participants with an overview of this important development within ICMCI.
The meeting concluded with a first step towards a Euro Hub cooperation agenda. National Institutes will be invited to provide written inputs on shared priorities, good practices, institutional dialogue with European stakeholders, possible cooperation initiatives and the support expected from the Euro Hub.

The contributions collected from National Institutes will support the identification of a limited number of practical priorities for the next phase of Euro Hub cooperation.
