As part of its ongoing work on the development of the profession, ICMCI will host a webinar on Engaging Young Consultants: A Strategic Framework for Professional Renewal, bringing together perspectives from across the network.
The session will explore how Member Institutes can strengthen their approach to engaging the next generation of management consultants and ensuring continuity within the profession. The discussion draws on insights gathered across the ICMCI network and contributions from the ICMCI Future Leaders Community.
During this strategic discussion, participants will:
• Highlight key patterns emerging from recent work with Member Institutes and younger professionals
• Present the Strategic Framework for Professional Renewal
• Consider how the Framework and accompanying report can support national approaches, structures and initiatives
To accommodate participants across different time zones, the webinar will be delivered in two alternative sessions.
