Shanghai Celebrates Worldwide Excellence and Collaboration – Constantinus International Award 2025 Goes to Canada
Shanghai, 22 October 2025 – Where future and tradition meet, the city of Shanghai hosted the prestigious Constantinus International Award 2025 this weekend.
In a glamorous gala organised by the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI), the world’s best consulting and IT projects were honoured under the theme “Wisdom, Partnership & Impact.”
Host Skylar Wang opened the ceremony with a Chinese proverb that captured the spirit of the evening:
“A single conversation with a wise person is worth ten years of study.”
“As Shanghai stands as a symbol of innovation, openness, and the meeting of East and West,” said Skylar Wang, “this evening brings together the brightest minds in consulting — people who help businesses and societies navigate complexity and create a better tomorrow.”
China's prominent singer Crystal Li opened the award ceremony with an impressive performance. Dr Crystal Li is a famous singer in China who graduated from Wuhan University. As a winner of numerous awards and with her experience as a music judge, Crystal Li has wowed audiences worldwide, including on stage at the Overseas Spring Festival Gala in Canada. Crystal is known for her expressive voice and elegant artistry.
The children's choir "Shanghai Jingying Youth Choir" enchanted the guests of the evening. It has become a shining star with its professional stage presence and regular award-winning performances.
Noah Xie: “Shanghai Stands for Change, Dynamism and the Power of Collaboration”
Noah Xie, Honorary President of the Constantinus International Award and Chairman of Kmind, welcomed the international audience with an inspiring message:
“Shanghai is a symbol of transformation, dynamism and progress — the very values that define world-class consulting. The Constantinus Award shows how knowledge, trust and collaboration transcend borders and reshape organisations around the globe.”
Nick Warn: “Consulting Shapes the Future”
Nick Warn, Chairman of ICMCI, emphasised the global role of the consulting profession:
“Management consulting operates at the crossroads of business, society and technology. Our goal is to enhance global relevance and impact through international collaboration — consulting is more than a profession; it’s a worldwide contribution to sustainable development.”
Alfred Harl: “The CONSTANTINUS Is a Global Success Story”
Alfred Harl, Chairman of the Constantinus International Award, reflected on the award’s remarkable evolution since its founding in 2011:
“Over 14 years, 224 projects have been recognised — including 14 Gold, 28 Silver and 45 National Winners from 27 countries.

The evening concluded with a festive dinner overlooking the lights of Pudong — a shining symbol of global cooperation and shared wisdom.
