Nominations and Succession Planning Committee (NSPC) |
The Nominations and Succession Planning Committee (NSPC) is a standing committee of ICMCI whose prime purpose is to identify, nominate and conduct the biannual election for the Officers and Board of ICMCI. In order to be able to fulfil this role the committee must actively engage in succession planning for ICMCI. |

Professional Standards Committee |
The mission of the Professional Standards Committee is to offer to the National institutes, continuously improving professional standards and guidelines that promote excellence in the consulting profession. |

Membership Committee |
This group looks at the quality and sustainability of members in ICMCI. This may include expectations for how to assist IMC’s in growing the number of CMC’s, supporting members in their development of programming and other CMC-member initiatives, and enhancing the volunteer/staff leadership of each IMC for sustainability of the profession in their geography. |

Quality Assurance Committee |
The maintenance of the equivalence of the CMC standard throughout all the issuing Full Members of ICMCI is key to the maintenance of the leading position of ICMCI and the reciprocity of recognition of the CMC between all Members. QAC operates the mandatory triennial assessment process for all Full Members and assesses the suitability of the certification programmes of those Provisional Members wishing to become Full Members. QAC must advise PSC of issues that arise with ICMCI standards. QAC advises Board but is completely independent of Board. |

Finance Committee |
The Finance Committee provides input to the Treasurer and helps develop potential ICMCI financial policy for consideration by the Board and Delegates at the AGM. This committee also looks forward to ensure the financial sustainability of the Corporation, identifying new needs for diversified revenue streams, membership dues, conference/designation/programme income and more. |

Revenue Generating Committee |
Creation of a Revenue Generation Committee was taken in 2016 for the committee to work in parallel with the other CMC Global committees. Reporting to the Board, this committee will take the lead on collaborating with IMCs to create revenue for both IMCs and our global operations and to pioneer the advancement of new and diversified revenue streams for ICMCI to augment annual member dues income. It will focus on high value returns on products that have already been developed such as CMC-firm, CMC International Conference, CMC-GI and Corporate Sustaining Members as well as through trial of new initiatives, programmes, and/or sponsorship. |

Marketing and Advocacy Committee |
Prime role - to advance the international reputation and recognition of the CMC Designation, enhance brand clarity/impact of CMC-Global, the International CMC Conference, the CMC and other designations of ICMCI; promoting the value of professional management consultancy and the benefits to be obtained by the use of CMCs with international stakeholders. Secondary role - to provide communications support and assistance to ICMCI Board & Committee members, plus provide assistance to IMC’s in their own marketing efforts. |

CMC Firm Committee |
This committee working with the CMC-Firm QAC supports the implementation of the new CMC-Firm programme, specifically through the acceptance of applications and assessment of applicants to this initiative. They also work with staff and lead volunteers to develop and deliver unique programming, proactive network facilitation, and group marketing initiatives. |

CMC Firm - QAC Committee |
CMC-Firm QAC supports the implementation of the new CMC-Firm programme, specifically through the conducting the assessment of applicants to this initiative and advising its recommendation to the CMC-Firm Committee. Part of the role also involves updating and revising the assessment documentation and guidelines when necessary. |

International Conference and Events |
This group works with the annual host country IMC to design, market and deliver the Annual International CMC Conference. They also handle the annual bid-process and decision-making on awarding of the host-IMC for future annual conferences. |

This committee is in charge of promoting, improving, and enhancing the Award recognition and involvement among the members of the management consulting profession and their clients worldwide. |

Strategic Funding Taskforce |
This task-force was created in 2016 for it to conduct its work during this calendar year, and advise the recommendation to all IMCs for deliberation and discussion early 2017. Ideally CMC-Global would be able to use the report as a framework for the 2016-17 budget which could be approved in the spring of 2016, but at the latest we can make decisions for future funding at the Annual Assembly of Delegates of 2016. |

Website Taskforce |
This is essentially a task-force, to drive the development and implementation of a new CMC-Global website. Connected to the Board and Management, the task-force membership is a sub-component of the Marketing & Communications team. |

CMC-GI |
The CMC-Global Institute (CMC-GI) is affiliated to the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI). The purpose of CMC-GI is to create a forum for management consultants in countries where ICMCI does not yet have a member IMC. This means that consultants anywhere in the world can become members, and can pursue their CMC designation. When there is enough critical mass in any one country they can form their own national IMC. |

Academic Fellows |
Academic Fellows of CMC-Global are professors (also assistant/associate/adjunct professors) whose research and/or teaching of internal or external management consulting at a publically accredited university is deemed by peer reviews to be of a particularly worthy level of excellence. The ICMCI Academic Fellow designation is intended to be a mark of distinction which recognises academic practitioners from around the world who have contributed to the study and teaching of management consultancy. It will awarded by ICMCI to suitably qualified individuals based upon the recommendation of the local IMCs. |
